Armed with over 20 years of experience in the world of Food and beverage, Shibu is the Chief Consultant and Founder Director of Laserbeam Consultants.

His career has seen him working as a top chef in some of the top Five star hotels, before he took to teaching. He was an Assistant Professor with Oxford Brookes University, UK. teaching Culinary arts and Gastronomy when the consulting bug bit him.

He has been working in the area of restaurant and hospitality consulting, and been involved in setting up of restaurants and Hotels for over 8 years. He founded Laserbeam Consultants in 2013, and has been delivering various successful projects.

His strengths are creativity and thinking out of the box. He believes that excellence can only be achieved by, challenging the Status Quo. Shibu believes in the fact that , bigger the challenge , more interesting the project.
