We consider the clients' wish lists, and try and match that with a commercially viable business model, keeping new age industry dynamics in mind.
This is one of the first steps in the concept stage. Here we look at various financial parameters based on certain informed assumptions. This would include Capital Expense Sheets, Cash Flow Sheets and even Projected P&L Statements. The idea is to clearly get down to counting the pennies, and seeing if the Restaurant Concept also makes for a sound Financial Model.
Once the overall concept has passed through the financial filter, the next stage is to start defining the overlaying Food and Beverage concept. This is where we start working on the specifics. Various factors like location advantages, competition analysis, target market demographics, opportunity, etc., are considered carefully before the proposed cuisine is detailed out.
Laserbeam Consultants considers new and interesting menus to be its core forte. We look carefully at space utilization, available resources, employee skill sets, target APC and the demography of the target segment, to be able to draw a comprehensive Menu, which includes both Food & Beverages, as well as Alcohol.
As a part of the final scope of work, a detailed handbook of recipes for the Food & Beverages menu is compiled and handed over to the clients.
