Pritam is the youngest member of Team Laserbeam and enthuses the organisation with his energy and enthusiasm.
A graduate from Chandigarh Hotel Management School, Pritam started his career as a young chef and worked for a few years in Hilton, New Delhi.
His next assignment was in Carnival Cruises, Miami, where he was working for two years, in one of the largest passenger vessels currently sailing.
Coming back to India, Pritam then joined the Claridges Hotel group and was working on their flagship Indian restaurant "Dhaba", before he joined Laserbeam.
Pritam is a keen learner and an affable cuisine trainer at the same time. When he is not in the kitchen training, he can be often seen immersed in Cookery books researching on the next food story!
