A passionate Chef and an avid gourmet, Chef Kartick is both loved and feared at the same time when he is inside a Kitchen. His non-compromising attitude over discipline and quality endears him to both clients and subordinates. He is best when he puts on his creative hat and dishes out innovative, new dishes, sometimes breaking conventional cooking wisdom.

Some of his previous assignments as a chef, have been Grand Hyatt, Delhi; the Leela Bangalore, The Grand Hyatt Mumbai, The Lalit, Delhi etc.
